Online Orders

Payment in whole, by credit card or debit card, is required before dispatch of goods.
Once payment has been received by us, we will confirm that your order has been accepted by sending a confirmation email to you at the email address you provide in your online order form.
Goods supplied by Brio London to customers remain the property of the company, until paid for in full by the customer.
All Brio London items have a warranty of 2 year. Unfortunately, our 2 year warranty does not cover the loss or theft of any pieces. We would advise you to contact your insurance/ home insurance to make a claim with them directly. We are happy to provide any proof of purchase information that you may need, to request this information please Contact Us.

Cancelations by you

Once an order has been placed we are unable to make any changes or cancel your orders. You can return your order once you have received it, please find further details in our Return Section.

Cancelations by us

We reserve the right to cancel the contract between you and us if: We have insufficient stock to deliver the goods you have ordered, or one or more of the items you ordered was listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error.

If we do cancel your contract we will notify you by e-mail and will recredit your account any sum deducted by us from your credit card as soon as possible, but in any event within five working days of your order. We will not be obliged to offer any additional compensation for disappointment suffered.

Prices

Orders are subject to acceptance by the company and the availability of the goods, and will be invoiced at prices set out in our website at the time of purchase.
All of our prices are listed in Pounds Sterling and you will be invoiced in Pounds Sterling. If you are purchasing goods from outside the UK, currency fluctuations and credit card charges may affect the amount billed on your credit card.

Paypal payments

Please note that if you select a different currency to shop on the GBP site, and select Paypal as your payment method, Paypal will charge you for the order in GBP, which you will see at Checkout and in your order confirmation.

Vat Free Sales

Non-EU orders are exclusive of VAT. VAT (20%). The VAT element will automatically be deducted from the original price, when a non-EC country is selected.
To our customers in Australia, please note that we need to add a service tax (GST) to all orders from Australia in order for us to comply with Australian import tax laws. Please see the ATO website for more details.

Import Charges Outside The UK

Please note that international orders may be subject to customs or import duties and tax charges once they reach their destination country outside of the UK. We do not cover this cost so you will be responsible for paying any import charges that may be added. As customs vary from country to country, unfortunately we can’t advise on these charges, and would recommend you contact your local customs office for more information before placing your order.
EU Orders: We would like to reassure all of our European customers that there will be no uninvited costs (additional customs taxes and duties) from Brexit's new trading laws. We're working hard to make sure your shopping experience at Brio London remains completely seamless.

Sales

During sale events, Brio London have the right to set the price of their goods at a marked down price. A reduction in the price of an item after your purchase does not entitle you to a refund.
Promotional codes are not redeemable on marked down items and can only be applied to full price items on the site.
Please also note that if a promotional or sale discount was applied to your order, then the same discount will be applied if you require a return or exchange (please see above for details of our returns and exchange policy). This means that you will only be refunded the amount that you originally paid for your order.

Quality

All goods sold by Brio London meet statutory requirements. However, Brio London cannot accept responsibility where goods supplied are subject to further processing or repackaging by the customer.
Please note that all items are handcrafted from natural materials and as such their composition and colour may vary slightly from the image shown, in particular natural gemstones which can have slight inclusions and small imperfections. There may also be minor variations in actual dimensions and specifications.

Photography

Some items may appear slightly larger or smaller than actual size due to default screen settings and photographic techniques. Other items may be represented larger than actual size to show details clearly, or smaller than actual size to show the whole item. Every effort has been made to illustrate colours accurately, but this is not always possible with digital reproduction on different web browsing platforms. Therefore, there can be no guarantee that the true colour of the jewellery will be exactly as shown.

Agreement

LIABILITY
If you do not receive goods ordered by you within seven working days of the date on which you ordered them, we shall have no liability to you unless you notify us by e-mail of the problem within 14 days of the date on which you ordered the goods.

If the goods we deliver are not what you ordered, or are damaged or defective, or the delivery is of an incorrect quantity, we shall have no liability to you unless you notify us by e-mail of the problem within seven working days of the delivery of the goods in question. If you notify us of a problem under this condition, our obligation to you will be either:

• To make good any shortage or non-delivery; or
• To replace any goods that are damaged or defective; or
• To refund to you the amount paid for the goods in question in whatever way we choose.

As precluded by law, we will not be liable to you for any indirect or consequential loss, damage or expenses howsoever arising out of any problem you notify us of under this condition and we shall have no liability to pay any money to you by way of compensation other than to refund to you the amount paid by you for the goods in question as stated above.

We cannot be held responsible for any delays once the goods have left us and are in possession of the courier or Royal Mail.

You must observe and comply with all applicable regulations and legislation, including obtaining all necessary customs, import or other permits to purchase goods from our site. The importation or exportation of certain of our goods to you may be prohibited by certain national laws. We make no representation and accept no liability in respect of the export or import of the goods you purchase.

Brio London is small creative brand, our pieces are designed in-house, led by our founder and creative director, Jenna Lang. Our one-of-a-kind pieces take months and sometimes years to perfect. We are obsessed with every detail and only sell on this website. When you invest in Brio London, you are not only investing in a piece that will hopefully bring you or a loved one great joy, but you are also investing in my dream and hard work. Be careful as counterfeit products could be dangerous - the metals used in their production can be of poor quality or even contaminated. Given the close proximity to the skin, especially with earrings, this can carry potential and very serious health risks. If you are concerned about a website selling counterfeit products, please let us know.
