UK & International Delivery


Once your order has been dispatched, you can track its progress with the designated delivery provider via the tracking number in your shipment confirmation email. You will receive a notification on the day of delivery via text or e-mail from your designated shipper.

Orders placed after 2pm on a Friday will be dispatched on the following Monday. Orders placed on a Bank Holiday will be dispatched on the following Tuesday.

International Orders


Our international delivery costs vary by country and will be calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping service provided. Orders placed for delivery outside the UK may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are applied when the parcel reaches the specified destination and paid by the customer. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges and cannot predict the amount. Please contact your local customs office for more information before placing your order.

UK & International Returns

We accept returns on most orders as long as items are returned unused, in their original condition and in their original packaging within 14 days of receipt. A full refund or credit note excluding any applicable delivery or return shipping costs will be processed within 14 working days of us receiving the returned items.

 Limited Edition pieces are non-refundable.

UK Returns

If you are not happy with your purchase you can return your order within 14 days of receiving the product. 

You must return the item(s) in the same condition in which you received them, with their original packaging. This will be at your own cost unless the return is organised by Brio London in which case collection and return is ordinarily free of charge. Please ensure that you get proof of postage from Royal Mail when returning an item. You are asked to take reasonable care with the items. A full refund or credit note excluding any applicable delivery costs will be processed within 15 working days of us receiving the returned items.

Limited edition pieces are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

International Returns

For international returns, we’re unable to cover the shipping cost. Please organise your return by contacting us and using the address I provide which you will receive via email.

Exchanges

We don’t operate a standard exchange service. If you would like a different product, please place a new order.
